ADT alarm doesn't even work and they don't respond

I have a 4-5-6 week outstanding complaint with ADT regarding alleged theft.<br> My ADT alarm has not worked for over 3-4 weeks and they have not yet fixed it although I have asked them to.<br> When my ADT alarm goes off, no one comes to help me.<br> When I complain about ADT, they do not respond to my complaints.<br>
