ADT ADT CEO ONLY!
Called into customer service on Tuesday,made an appointment for a technician to come out on Wednesday and technician was a no show. We have had countless issues with ADT. All we want is to move a beam but I think we should move our business. Do you not care About your CLIENTS! !!!! I want a technician out immediately,this beam moved at no cost or I am going to cancel my contract which was up early last year! I'm fed up of ADT! Your service delivery is absolutely scary!
