ADT admininstration shambles

Unbelievably bad service from ADT yet again. Without any signed contract from me, they *******ly added a 'fire' policy to my contract, and then deducted additional money for it. For months, I have been trying to get my refund (which ADT just write-off), in spite of ADT promising to make the refund. Even if ADT security was on-par with others, the admin side of ADT remains a chaotic shambles, and customer service appears to be non-existant.
