Adt Admin?
I gave notice to ADT last year June 2022, this January 2023 I received a statement with over 6 months outstanding payments. I mailed the finance deroartment as well as the lady I gave notice to with the attached mail from whdn I gave notice.
Got a reply that they'd sort it out. I then received a lawyers letter notifying me that I'd neen handed over due to the outstanding amount.
No one gets back to me and there is no resolve. I left ADT due to lack of communication... And even now they are dragging their feet. Do not use this company.
