ADT Accounts and Services -- No Service No Clue...

We lived in Harties and had a contract for 6 months. After 6 Months the Contract was suppose to be cancelled. This is now over 1 year ago and just the other day they contacted my Wife saying that we are in arrears and she was handed over to the Lawyers. We contacted ADT and they said we have to deal with the Lawyers , the Lawyers have no idea and all they say is we have to sort it with ADT .??? ***????

This is one of many Companies that have no Clue , they are pathetic and **** Service.After more than a year they now asking for proof after the proof was given in by one of there ADT consultants.. F ADT , I would not in anyway ever recommend ADT to anybody , they are a bunch of useless and *********** "PEOPLE" .. It is so easy to hand people over to Lawyers . because they are to lazy to sort the issues out them selfs..
