Adt account error
Adt handing me over to their attorney's but my account is up to date.
This has been added to credit bureau profile which gives me a unfair credit assessment when applying for credit.
When i visited their office they advised that my account is paid up, when i matched the account details it was a someone else's account 🙃
When i asked them to correct it after Adt consultant admitted that they made a error but the process will be a lengthy process (basically they unable to correct it) as i am sitting in their customer booth typing this complaint the supervisor is refusing to see me.
