ADT abusing elderly
They have poor and pathetic service. My 67 year old father who is dependent on government pension has a deduction of R300 odd monthly and has requested the services to be discontinued since 2014,yet they have not cancelled the services. They still deduct. We have called, emailed no acknowledgement. Every time we need to log a new call. Why? Instead they saying his in arrears - which arrears if his having a monthly deduction.

I have sent the email over and over. Clearly there's a lot of email accounts within your organisation, tedious exercise to be re sending the same context repeatedly. Just like phoning, you get put through a number of agents - saying the same thing over and over. Will await your response. I need a resolution by end of this week.
