ADT: A Waste of Time & Money

A week ago burglars entered my property by breaking through my side gate and cut my electricity supply from the outside of my home. At this point, one would expect your security company to have reacted. The intruders then proceeded to enter my home, by breaking my safety gate, and kicking in my back door. They raided my bedrooms, damaged cupboards, tried getting my safe out of my wall by chopping the wall, broke my cupboards, took all the food from my freezer and still had time to snack on yogurt and sweet-melon. They then proceeded into my roof where they tried to strip my geyser. I was amazed at the amount of time given to these intruders to do all of this. It has emerged that ADT took 40 minutes before there was a reaction.Their reaction was merely to call me and say my back-door is open, but the front of my house is fine. I exclaimed that there had to be a burglar in my home, because we are all at work. They advised they cannot inspect the rest of the property, as I have a big dog. My big dog, whom at this time, had been pepper-sprayed into oblivion. ADT have never responded timeously even to false alarms. At one point they could not even find my home. What a waste..!!
