Adt a very bad security company, just want money

ADT I have ADT security at my house, i work about 6km from my house so the one morning i phoned ADT because i was alone at work and there was a white bukkie that had stopped in my compleks and 2 guys got out and walked around so i was rattled. I phoned ADT and asked them if they would please be so kind to send out a bukkie just to make sure i am safe, the lady tells me "oh sorry we cant do that because your work is not covered by ADT" seriously???? What if i was ****ed? , they are there to protect us i am women alone at work what must i do if 2 guys breaks into my work, ADT told us that if you feel unsafe and you are driving somewhere and feel that someone is following you, you can call them and they will escort you home. I told my husband that i think next time i must lie and tell them i am being followed so that they can come out to my work and see if i am safe this is so bad. i pay R340 each month for what?? Very Very Bad. I CANNOT WAIT FOR MY CONTRACT TO END WITH ADT!!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN
