ADT - A Truly Useless Security Company

Repeatedly called for technical help, told multiple times that someone would contact me back. 2 weeks gone by... nothing. Our alarm has been going off and we need assistance however ADT just seems to not care. We sometimes only receive calls to check on our wellbeing 10 or 15 minutes after the alarm has gone off... We could have been in serious trouble in that time. In fact the last alarm that went off, no one even called. ADT guard arrived 25 minutes later asking if we were okay. If someone had broken in they would have been long gone. Truly useless company
