ADT a no go comapany to deal with

Good day all,

I have been a client of ADT for almost 20 years. Of late i have found their service less than satisfactory. The latest indecent was pressing the panic button at my business and NO RESPONSE from their Response team. In January 2024, I cancelled the service with their company and got an new contract with another service provider. ADT STILL PROCEEDED TO DEBIT MY ACCOUNT! After numerous emails and calls this has not been RESOLVED.

I am very disappointed in their NO SERVICE POLICY in all instances. I would not recommend them to anyone trying to get onboard with this company.
