ADT-A Monster that offers Worst Service through arrogant junior staff

This mongster called ADT keeps on debiting my account without a fail. They are so BIG that they can't see that they have outstanding work. They have not sent a QualityAssurer or Inspector just to confirm that the work is done. I wrote on the job card that the work was incomplete but they never sent someone to finalize.

They sent arrogant junior staff that were even bulling me in my house.
