ADT- A COMPANY YOU SHOULD NOT DEAL WITH (RED FLAG COMPANY)

I am beyond disgusted by the service from ADT. I have been calling them for the past 6 months to refund back my money that they debited from my account without my consent after it took them a month to book for installation that took them a month or two to come do . Every time I call they keep taking me to different departments, different *********** people. They keep assuring me that they will sort it out and it was supposed to be sorted out last week Friday already. THE LIE TO CUSTOMERS JUST TO GET BUSINESS AND GET CUSTOMERS OF THEIR BACKS. AGAIN IT WILL TAKE ME ANOTHER 6 MONTHS TO HAVE THIS ISSUE RESOLVED AFTER THE LADY TOLD ME TO GO TO MY BANK AND O A REVERSAL MYSELF, THE SAME REVERSAL THAT I WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR. I DIDN'T ASK THEM TO TAKE MY MONEY SO I WILL NOT DO REVERSALS ON THEIR BEHALF THEY MUST JUST GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY AND STOP TRANSFERRING ME TO PEOPLE WHO DON'T KNOW THEIR JOBS.

CAN THEY JUST STOP ALL DEBITS OF MINE FROM THEIR SIDE BECAUSE I DO NOT HAVE AN ADT SERVICES IN MY HOUSE AND WILL NEVER HAVE AS THERE ARE BETTER RELIABLE COMPANIES APART FROM THEM.
