A lady from ADT named Phindile visited my mom a few weeks ago (Tshepisong). She informed my mom that National Security no longer exists and that ADT has taken over from them. With my mom's permission, they would remove the National Security board and fix the alarm system. Since my mom is a pensioner, they agreed she would pay on the 7th of April. However, my mom was unsure about the payroll date for April, and Phindile reassured her, saying it's fine and she can pay on the 7th of April 2024, with the next installment due in July.

Recently, my mom received a call from ADT stating that she owes them over R1000. This has caused my mom significant distress, both emotionally and mentally. She is now sick because of this situation. Can you please assist?
