We decided to put I an alarm last year 2018. In the same year Sept/Oct 2018 the alarm started to give problems we contacted the company and they send out a tehnition. He left and three days after that we had the same problem. We contact the company on many occasions and I send an email no response. I contacted them again last week and was told they gonna send someone out. Now it's a week again no reply. and every month we must pay them. As soon as they hear you want to cancel they tell you a lot of stories. On the 21.02.2019 I received an email to say a consultant will mail or contact you, but to no avail. Their service is pathetic.
