Its a pity that i can not give 0 stars. Extremely poor service, lack of communication and different excuses all the time.

First it was the officer can not gain access due to high wall and then it move over to aggressive dogs.

My alarm goes off for no reason and since I moved over to ADT no one ever come here to inspect the alarm so now I need to pay more for all the responses due to false alarms.

The person who comes to do the promotion made a lot of empty promises.

I have emailed, called and complained for more than a week now and still haven't gotten any positive answer.

Really disappointed in ADT and will not recommend them to any of my friends anymore.
