ADT

Once again ADT does not pitch up to repair my alarm system. After having had false alarms for the past 3 months and reporting it every time the alarm goes off for no reason, I eventually had an appointment (so I was thinking) to have them fix the alarm. I cancelled all my appointments for the day as they cannot tell you what time they will be at your place. Phoned 17h00 just to find out no appointment was booked. What a service. Please stay away from ADT. They are only interested in getting you on their books and after that the service goes south.
