Admin and Management are non existent - or ***********

I gave them one month's notice when I cancelled - 5 months later and they still haven't refunded my premiums deducted. Only acknowledged the cancellation yesterday and say I had access to their services because the radio link hasn't been returned - BUT IT WAS DISCONNECTED in September - If their logic holds true = why didn't the monitoring staff do their job and report a lack of signal? Still want to charge for no service? Shockingly *********** Admin and non existent Management. My mother has also cancelled - 3 emails/4 phone calls and still NO reply regarding cancellation. I'm off to the National Consumer Ombudsman. This company should be fined . They love to take your money - and there is no way to cancel.
