Activation and nobody came!!!

We had an activation last night and the call centre ask if they can come through. I confirmed and ten minutes later a vehicle passes the house then reverses and passes again I even opened the gate and they just drove past! Nobody inspected nor came out to ask if we ok. What if it was a real emergency!! Someone senior to contact me asap. This kind of service is absolutey unacceptable especially when crime is rife. I cannot understand how adt can treat and activation so lightly. Your prompt response is required.
