Accounts department is clueless

What an absolute mess dealing with ADT. We signed up to support a virtual enclosure initiative in our neighbourhood earlier this year and explicitly told the sales agent that we would be emigrating in October but would like to support it while here.

When trying to cancel the payment we are hit with early termination penalties of over R1 000 we didn't agree to.

On top of that, their call centre has phoned us in excess of 5 times to find out when they can come remove a radio / antennae that doesn't even exist.

We were customers of Bull Security prior to moving and only want to stop the virtual enclosure payments but it seems their call centre is adamant that we have some sort of security system and contract for armed response.

It's been beyond ridiculous dealing with, and repeating everything to this company.
