Statement arrived via email on the 3rd October 2024 . Dated the 5th October 2024 . Show my account overdue . Paid on the 30th September 2024 . What an *********** accounts department . Phoned . Nobody available in accounts department at 14h45 on the 4th October 2024. Hold on for more than 6 minutes & then promised to phone back . Still waiting .
