Accounting - Am I being ******?

<p>While I have enjoyed always having a working alarm system. I have experianced service that has been so bad and so less than satisfactory I don't know where to begin here. On the 1st of June I was yelled and screamed at by Pheladi Maluleke, to whome I had to actually ask to please stop shouting at me. She was of course asking for money for my account in turn I responded that she can sue me with that attitude. She then went on to try and justify her attitude by saying, its just money you don't want her to come after me - 'the threat' to which I am supposed to be scared of now. I subsiquently paid the amount outstanding to which was met by even more attitude when she complained that I forwarded the proof to her manager and not her, yelling insued again from this monster of a human Pheladi. </p> <p>I then moved on to a Cindy Swarts who only replies when it suits her, and the number she has in her signature not available. </p> <p>I asked that it would be fine and I would continue my services if Cindy took up the matter with Pheladi, but alas, nothing again. Seems like an old wives club in that department.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have to simply ask that my account has been closed, and yes I have to ask it on Hello Peter as NO One is getting back to me.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
