<p>Telephone answering service and account production a complete mess.</p> <p>I have a problem with the format my account is being sent. I have asked several times by email and telephonically without sucess. The telephone is continually put on hold with no response. Therequest for a PDF format account is ignored. I have looked at the HelloPeter responses to ADT and now I know why the service is bad.</p> <p>DO NOT USE ADT as a security company.</p>
