Account Standing Query

For the best 12 months i've been trying to establish if my account is in arrears. Last year i was told NO. This year an account was handed to Debtsource, which i was not happy about as ADT never tried to contact me to arrange payment, i didnt even know I owed any money.<br> <br> As a result. I have paid the outstanding balance in September after finally getting the facts. But I am still receiving bills from ADT. I've phoned and emailed to be told many many times that the issue is resolved, yet I keep getting invoices via email. i've given up emailing and calling as no one returns calls at ADT. <br> <br> Please have someone senior contact me.
