Hi,<br> <br> We had various discussions with regards to increases on 4 August 2014. <br> The Outcome was that my rate was then fixed for 1 Year. <br> <br> Why did I just receive a new rate today, 5 Months later?<br> <br> Please have a look at the emails and voice recordings of all calls related to this, that I've logged with you on the 4th August 2014<br> <br> The Reference Number you gave me then was: EC***DF53EF61
