Accident Complaint Very poor Service!!!!!

It has been exactly a week since one of the ADT driver Drove into my car.I have called the Adt help service and all I get is that there is no one available in the fleet depart that can help me.I don’t understand how such a big company can be so unprofessional one of your drivers cause an accident and no knows about it,makes me question if you guys actually take record of what happens around.I am here with a damaged car because your worker knocked me and no one is taking responsibility this is PATHETIC!!!!! This is no different to a Hit and Run !!!! I will come and complain here everyday until somebody gets back to me regarding my complaint I have been calling them everyday since the accident happened and I have evidence of the driver admitting he was in the wrong !!!!!! VERY DISGUSTING
