Absolutely USELESS "security"

I live in an ADT protected enclosure and last night we returned home from dinner and thought someone was in my garden. We drove in the driveway and drove right out and phoned ADT to escort us home. It took me ages just for them to get the contact number right to get my address. With the most pathetic service after 15 minutes my airtime ran out and they didn't even call back. all i wanted was an escort home and that became as impossible as anything. We could've been hijacked. What a joke.
