Absolutely useless

<p>Our alarm went off at 11 am and ADT only responded at 3am. Their call cantre number to report a false alarm didn't work and when I queried the massive they said it was due an influx of calls. I am Sorry but to wait fours hours for a response is not acceptable. What if it had been an emergency? If you are cosindering a security provider look further than ADT. I have had smaller firms with less man power take more care about my safety. With ADT you are a number not a priority. Stay away. </p>
