Absolutely poor service from ADT security

Absolutely disgusted by the abysmal service received from Fidelity ADT. The Durban credit controllers and staff at the call centre are unwilling to help with payments and the correct banking details. They are willing to debit our accounts every month but there is not a single person who can assist with allocating a payment made over a month ago. I will never recommend this security company. Below par service at exorbitant prices. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
