Absolutely No Response

I need my alarm installation checked. Although I paid for a siren there is no siren. Besides calling almost 15 times over the last 2 months as well as holding for 14 mins on a not to be answered call. Nothing. ADT clearly dont want my business. Next time I call will be to cancel my contract.
