Absolutely no client servicing

This company's operations are really lacking. Since 10 Jan, I have been trying to cancel. The email address keeps bouncing. When I phone, I get put through, and cut off. Logged ticket E47A4CA636723, but no feedback. But I am willing to bet the debit order will go off!!!. Fidelity reminds me of Keystone cops !!!
