Absolutely ********** Service

I have been calling the ADT Service Centre for the past 3 weeks to sort out a technical issue... each time , i am asked to punch in a few codes and that the reminder beeps would not activate. Needless to say each time, the reminder beeps which incidentially go on throughout the night persists. last night after 4 calls , i was finally told that my battery needs replacing, i should switch off my alarm and that a technician would come through. Did that, got an sms to call the service centre , after speaking to 3 people, no one knows what this call is about, and to be told there there are no technicians available ..... <br> <br> PLEASE cancel my service, its not worth the ********** service i got from you.
