ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE

Incorrectly quoted, took ages just to process basic paperwork. Technician arrived hours late THREE TIMES!!!! Inflated costs for equipment we were not made aware would have to be installed. The technician tried to charge for additional labour and call outs despite the fact that he was late and didn't have the necessary equipment. Once it was installed it became apparent that it was faulty. We desperately tried to arrange for a technician to come out and fix it but nobody came through, despite the fact that the unit next to ours had just been ******!!! Now we have been billed incorrectly on top of everything and nobody is doing anything about it. It is virtually IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of anyone at ADT. Nobody ever follows through with what they say they are going to do. This is a BASIC service which has caused untold stress!!! Far from actually feeling safer, I feel as if our safety has been compromised. Do not do business with ADT. They are absolutely useless!!!
