Absolut incompetence!

No idea how this can be the largest security company in SA - The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Absolute incompetence! I signed for an installation and paid the deposit on the same day. the sales rep informed me that they will be in contact soon, I received a call a week later to schedule an installation for the following week. I called ADT to find out where my copy of my signed contract is and provided my email - I'm still waiting and it's been over a week. I've called ADT to find out about Absa Rewards (a partner) and they have no idea what I'm talking about. It seems that once you sign a contract with them, the response time falls off a cliff. The installation was done by a third party contractor which is a relief as I'm sure they would've messed that up too.
