A truly delighted customer...

This morning (22/02/2016) my alarm went off at around 1AM. Within a minute Adt call centre called to confirm safety. At that time of the morning the agent who called me was so friendly, full of energy and displayed concern regarding my alarm activation. I advised that all is in order and she terminated the signal. At around 3AM my alarm activated again and yet again within a minute i was called by another friendly and efficient agent. I again told her that all is in order as i have no idea why my alarm went off. She actually went the extra mile to advise me that there was an alarm activation earlier can she send a response vehicle i said Yes and within literally a minute the armed response guy was there to confirm safety. Thank you Adt. At that time of the morning your staff were all so geared and willing to protect me. I am truly impressed and i can sleep at ease knowing i got my security covered by Adt. Well done to all involved. A customer for life
