A Simple Request
I've been tirelessly requesting a copy of my statement and invoice from ADT, as they insist on a debit order when you sign up and deduct money as and when they please from your account. <br> <br> These requests seem to have fallen on deaf ears. I don't even get a reply from 'always there' email and the call center is just a waste of time. I receive no notifications of increases etc BUT I get a useless newsletter that just clogs my email account.<br> <br> Makes me wonder if my family and I are in real danger will ADT be 'always there'?
