a little bit of service please

After my Hello Peter last week I received numerous calls that had no solution to an armed response query i have, so much that I was promised a system inspection which happened but left our remotes disabled. I really do not know why such ignorance is dominating in this company. All Im pleading for is service please adt please. In all honesty you'll are frustrating!!!!
