A Decidedly Troublesome Organisation - ADT

After receiving shocking / *********** service we cancelled our subscription after 11 years of being with ADT. All we wanted was a quote and an upgrade on our existing alarm installation. After three cancelled appointments the ADT van finally arrived 2 months later to give us a quote. They arrived at 7.30 at night.<br> We then accepted the quote and they managed to mess up the installation. We then reported the bad installation about three to four times to have it rectified. As there was no response we where left no other alternative but to cancel our subscription and find an alternative service provider. (Who solved the problem instantly)<br> After giving them a months notice (grudgingly) - we then even completed an exit interview per phone and waited for them to collect their receiver / transmitter -many weeks later. <br> Today - 5 months later - we have been handed over to Debtsource for an amount of R270-16 for outstanding fees / subscriptions. <br> WHAT A CHEEK FROM A COMPANY THAT OUTWARDLY HAS THE IMAGE OF A PROFESSIONAL ORGANISATION BUT ACTUALLY IS THE WORST SECURITY PROVIDER THAT SOUTH AFRICA CAN OFFER. <br>
