9 fee increases totaling 44.6% in 3 years and 7 months - outrageous

My ADT monthly fee has increased 9 times in 3 years 7 months (1 Sept 2018 to date). The increase over this period is 44.6%. There was always an increase on 1 Sept and 1 April of each year. Why does ADT believe that they justify over 12% per annum increases for a below average service. There was no advanced warning of an increase - nor any invoice / statement submitted.
