4th time and no-one pitched

<p>The domestic worker who works for me, has waited over 20 years for an RDP house. She saved her monthly salary to install an alarm. ADT is paid without fail every month to protect her and her property. Over two months ago she reported a fault in her alarm system. ADT said they would get back to her as to when a technician would be able to come and repair the fault. Today is the fourth time a technician was meant to arrive. We called twice to confirm the time. Between 8.30 and 9.00. It is now 10.20 and still no-one has arrived. She has taken 4 days leave to be there for the technician. What is it with ADT? Why are they failing the very people who need them the most? They are all very happy to get their monthly installment - but couldn't care less when someone needs them to repair it. Disgusting service. And no-one does ANYTHING....we are still waiting</p>
