We phoned adt in Pretoria, Sunnyside, Gauteng (we are longstanding customers- since 1997) and told them our alarm had stopped working and if someone could please come and fix it. Alarms and security are a serious issue and they said that they'd only send a technician out in 3 days. Very *********. Expected better service from ADT.
