3rd request for new battery!

Good day<br> <br> This will no be my 3rd request for a new Battery!!!<br> <br> Reference number ***.<br> <br> I requested a battery 2 months ago and was promised a technician will come and deliver one at our home, free of charge.<br> Then on Friday I phoned the call centre to once again request a battery, as the entire system is now not operating due to the low battery status.<br> <br> I advised Yolanda (the technical representative) that getting a battery delivered is critical, as having suffered an armed ******* not so long ago, didn't feel safe not being able to activate our alarm system.<br> <br> I mean - what is the purpose of having an alarm system with ADT, if they can't even do a simple task of sending out a new battery???<br> <br> If I do not get a new battery by the end of today, I will cancel my ADT subscription and go with a company who actually WANTS our business and who is willing to assist us!<br> <br> Regards,
