3RD COMPLAINT NO FEEDBACK

Twice I've been promised by ADT that they are attending to my query & will get back to me...more than 2 weeks later I still have not heard anything from them as yet. Now they have suspended the services without even sorting out their ********** behavior in handling our complaint. What will it take for ADT to take note of the fact that they allowed ******* to break into our house & ***** our personal goods & then **** that they couldn't jump the wall when they have been doing so for years before that?
