30 minutes response to alarm - repeated issue

Hi Thomas and Sandi and Alfred,<br> <br> Almost every time when my alarm triggers once in a while, I have to complain because ADT takes 30 minutes to respond when regulation states 15 minutes... why do I have to complain each time? Wnhy is no corrective action taken.<br> <br> I chose ADT because you are supposed to be the best in my view, but this view is starting to change..<br> <br> What are you going to do to permanently resolve this. Why Do I always get the raw deal with alarm response times?<br> If you dont have enough houses in Bloubosrand Randburg, and as such no car in the area, then please tell me so that I can move on to another security company.<br> <br> I pay you to respond to my alarm... it would take me 20 minutes to respond to my own alarm from work, so why Do I pay you to respond then?<br> <br> I need this to be resolve PERMANENTLY! and I need to nkow what went wrong yet again this time.<br> <br> I am posting this on Hellopeter because I have given you sufficient warnings now.<br> <br> Regards,<br> Marco Ashford
