30+ Minutes response time in High Crime area

ADT phoned me at 05:50 because my alarm went off. Was on my way to work. My neighbours phoned THIRTY MINUTES later, no ADT yet. I phoned ADT, response: I don't know what happened to vehicle'. I live in Muldersdrift, a high risk crime infested area, had an armed ******* 50 metres from me just over 2 weeks ago, hijackings, ******ies all around and NO RESPONSE FOR ABOUT 40 MINUTES! Why do I pay? And what for? In those 40 minutes I could have been killed, ******, **** or something! Up to now (after being promised feedback on slow response) not a word from ADT! I suspect it's time to change to another company cause ADT just don't give a pooh!!! Pathetic is an understatement!
