3 weeks so far ADT not attending to complaint

I took a contract with ADT over a month ago. After installation, 1 of the sensors was not picking up on a specific area. I called the technician who came to inspect and then said he will inform his manager. 3 weeks so far, no communication from ADT despite the fact that i made calls to call centre to register this complaint. What a disappointment with ADT!
