3 weeks. No response. What's new
I requested a buy out amount on equipment on 30/3/16. Received a Ticket no (EIF76EE560E15 with address query on 22/3. I responded within an hour. I sent reminder on 29/3. Today, 7/4 still no response. This is typical ADT and still pathetic. Same with rest of their services. Who do I have to beg or bribe to get a response???
