20 MINUTES TO GET TO MY HOUSE!

This is not the first time I'm complaing about ADT! This is uneceptable!!! My alarm went off 10:27 and my gate only phoned me 10:47! that's 20 Minutes!!! My entire house could be empty in 20 Minutes and If it was an emergency I could have been dead by now! The lady phoned me 10:56 again and said they strugled to find the complex.... check my previous complaint same issue! No sorry applogy not accepted this time!

I WANT MY CONTRACT TO BE CANCELLED!!! R404PM FOR NOTHING!!!
