2 nd time in less than 6 monnthw

My alarm went off on saterday night ,adt called i told the call centre please go check im not there .10 min after that my neighbour called me and told me my alarm is still going off i rushed home to go check whats going on after i ariver 5 min after i arived at my house adt pitch up, i told the guy its the second time i at my house before they are his response was \ its weekend there is nothing i can do "i told him its un exseptable i will call your office and he qouted \""call them\"" ..im sooo angry for bad serive and then bad attitude ..."""
