2 hour delay in armed response
Alarm went off Sunday 1 Nov. Call received 12.58 pm, advised call centre to respond as we were away. Came home, assumed ADT inspected home and all in order. Guard actually only arrived at 15.00 ie TWO hours after alarm activation. As victim of house ******* last year need explanation for this complete disregard of our safety. I'm only writing this since I had no response yet despite asking management response on Sunday
